Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are PET FRIENDLY!!! We will require a pet deposit with the amount depending upon the pet and the unit.
What do I need to do to hold an apartment?
We only reserve apartments with a completed lease application (click here) and a deposit equal to one months rent.
How much is the security deposit?
The standard security deposit requirement is equal to one months rent.
Is there an application fee?
No, there is no fee for applications.
What utilities are my responsibility?
Our general rule of thumb is as follows:
Apartments: Gas and Electric
Single Family Homes: Gas, Electric, Water & Sewage
When do I sign the lease?
Normally, lease signings are scheduled during the days just prior to your actual move-in date.
How are maintenance requests handled?
We have a dedicated Repair Request Line and a full time maintenance crew. Emergencies are handled immediately and routine requests are scheduled with the tenant.
When is trash day?
Trash pick-up days vary based upon your specific location. We suggest asking a neighbor or contacting the City of Pittsburghs help line at 311 to request this information.
