Based in Lawrenceville, we focus on community revitalization via planned development efforts with an emphasis on spurring urban renewal.

Our strategy is to improve "Main Streets" by revitalizing targeted areas within neighborhoods. Our redevelopment efforts have been recognized with more than thirty Historic Preservation Awards from the City of Pittsburgh and have earned two Commendations from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
